Ingredients (makes one large loaf)
2 1/2 teaspoons yeast
1 cup lukewarm water
2 tablespoons sugar
1/4 cup dry milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup blackstrap molasses
1 1/2 tablespoons butter, softened
1 cup rye flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup white flour
1 egg yolk
