We. Can’t. Get. Enough. Sushi.

We’re back at Uobei Sushi in Shibuya, Tokyo, sampling nigiri sushi items we somehow missed the first time! Remember folks, sushi doesn’t have to be raw. There are all sorts of lovely varieties of steamed, seared, and even tempura seafood that may be rightfully served over rice as nigiri sushi. Here’s the latest… Sushi 2.0!
