Easy Cinnamon Cheesecake is one of my favorite desserts, and it only takes about 10 minutes to prep for baking! It’s a comfort food from my mother’s kitchen, and I’m sure you’ll find it delicious. Happy baking!

Ingredients (Makes a 9″ x 13″ pan)
2 tubes of crescent roll dough (in the refrigerator section at the market)
2 (8 ounce) packages of cream cheese, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 egg, separated
1 1/2 cups sugar, divided
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions
Step 1) Unroll one tube of crescent roll dough and use to line the bottom of a greased 9″ x 13″ baking pan. Gently press seams in dough together so there are no holes.
Step 2) In a large mixing bowl blend cream cheese, vanilla extract, 1 egg yolk, and 1 cup of sugar. Spread filling in baking pan over crescent roll dough.
Step 3) Unroll the second tube of crescent roll dough on a counter top, and gently press seams together. Lift dough and place over the top of the cream cheese mixture in the baking pan.
Step 4) Beat one egg white until frothy, and spread egg white over the top of the crescent roll dough in the baking pan.
Step 5) Mix together cinnamon and the remaining 1/2 cup sugar. Sprinkle this mixture over the dough brushed with egg white.
Step 6) Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Serve warm or cold!
We call this Churro Cheesecake and it’s AMAZING!
This is so good! Everyone loves this. And it is the perfect “take along” for a potluck, etc. I also like nutmeg sprinkled over the top!
