Half-pint, a kindergarten graduate, can mix up a batch of these peanut butter cookies without help. What fun! With only three ingredients, Kindergarten Peanut Butter Cookies are perfect when you want something home baked but are seriously short on time. Enjoy!
Ingredients (Makes about 2 dozen cookies)
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup white sugar
1 egg
Directions
Step 1) Mix all three ingredients together to form a smooth dough.
Step 2) Use your hands to roll dough into 1 inch balls. Place balls 2 inches apart on baking sheets lined with parchment paper.
Step 3) Use a fork to gently press the cookies flat (dipping the fork in sugar will keep the tines from sticking to the dough).
Step 4) Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 8 minutes. Remove from oven. Let cookies rest on the baking sheet for 2 or 3 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool.
