Honey Garlic Chicken requires only a few minutes of prep time and, while baking, will make your kitchen smell fantastic! Bon Appetit!
Ingredients (Serves 4 – 6)
1 chicken, cut into 8 pieces
2 eggs
1/4 cup milk
1 sleeve of saltine crackers, crushed (about 2 cups)
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
6 cloves garlic
1/4 cup honey
Directions

Step 1) In a wide, shallow bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
Step 2) In a second wide, shallow bowl, combine crushed crackers and pepper.
Step 3) Dredge each piece of chicken through the egg mixture, then dredge through the cracker mixture. Arrange coated pieces of chicken on a baking pan with sides.
Step 4) Bake chicken in a preheated 375 degree oven for 50 minutes.
Step 5) While chicken is baking, puree garlic and honey together in a food processor or small blender.

Step 6) After 50 minutes, remove chicken from oven. Drizzle honey garlic mixture over each piece of garlic. To drizzle evenly, hold a tablespoon of honey garlic mixture several inches above the chicken (the higher the better) and allow the mixture to trickle off of the end of the spoon.
Step 7) Return chicken to oven and continue baking at 375 degrees for an additional 15 – 20 minutes. Remove and enjoy!
